I'm trying to learn cartwheels (side to side). I'm a right-handed, so should I start off with with my right leg or my left leg forward?

And how to keep my legs up straight and nice?

  1. you can start by not going for a complete cartwheel. firstly only swing your legs across they dont have to be streight or anything and just focus on getting your hands and footing right then move of from there

  2. cartwheels are pretty easy moves to start with.

In capoeira class we were taught in the following way.

Just place your hands next to your body  and jump over them.

when you have that handled you can just jump higher every time until you have a descent cartwheel.

  3. Take a class in gymnastics and leave real fighting to the men.

  4. you want to stick your right leg out followed by your right hand, then use your left to push your self to the side an use your left to follow threw.

  5. Force = mass * acceleration
