Help me with my dream,?

i had a dream that i went in to a large bathroom ( odd i no ) and there are women's dead body's everywhere it looks like they've had there skin scrubbed off, then two blokes attack me with scrubbing brushes but luckily my friend saves me, the thing is he's been dead about 5 yrs, i think I'm loosing the plot what do you think ?

Hm I think that dream means that you are really close to this friend that passed away.. It is weird to dream about people that have passed away.. But it could mean that he is watching over you =)
