Help me with my final year project.... its about marine actinomycetes.?

Question

Hi. My name is Muneswaren and im a final year student majoring in Microbiology. My final year project title is ' Isolation and Screening of actinomycetes from marine samples by the method of Bacteriology and PCR. My supervisor is in overseas attending conference and will be back in a week to assess me on what i've planned. So i need help in terms of the scope of the title, the methodology, the sampling, the problem statement, the objective and aim that can be arised and so on... anything that u want to tell me about marine actinomycetes.
