Help me with my future career

Question

i want to help people in the future, and have even changed my career choice to make this more possible. but i have narrowed it down to four things.

1) Biomedical Engineer

2) Electrical Engineer

3) Enviromental Engineer

4) Electrical and Mechanical Engineer

the only reason biomedical is first is because i was gonna do alphabetical, but changed my mind after it was typed. So it doesn't mean i am favoring that one.

anyways,

biomedical i would be using engineering and my knowledge of biology and medicine to make prostheses, and other body and medicine related things.

Electrical i would be trying to work with Electric cars.

Enviromental is self-explanatory

Electrical and Mechanical i would be trying to work with Hybrids and eventually Electric cars.

my top two are E&M and Enviromental. but i really can't decide between the four. what do you think? I'm not asking you to choose, i just want your opinion on the careers, and to tell me which you would choose. and other things like that.

I would choose Electrical & Mechanical cos it has a very varied level of approach to its course structure. And also I can have various options in my career to choose from others which are very narrow and specific to the subjects. Also Electrical & Mechanical has really good job opportunities in different fields.
