Help me with my ipod nano please?

Question

I have a ipod nano and you know how when its connected to a computer it says do not disconnect and today i was putting music on it and when i unplug it it still said that so can someone help me and tell me how to fix it please?

i do tht w/ my iPod all the time. lol. sometimes it just says tht whn its done. if the problem is tht its frozen im pretty sure you just hold down the center button. hope i helped.  ;]
