how can i make it higher?

  1. sit in a straddle on the floor and put one hand behind one leg and put the other hand in front of the same leg then lift ur leg off the ground do it on the other side to then do the same thing to the center but put ur hands in front of yourself and lift both leg at the same time.  


  2. If you stretch good and keep your back straight and your shoulders back point your toes and practice then you will strengthen your body and go higher.

  3. Stretch everyday or at least twice a week. And do at least 5 toe touches a day. Doesn't neccesarelly have to be at the same time.

    My toe touches sucked and then cheer pratice started twice a week and now they have gotten alot better. Good Luck
