My brother and I just purchased a restaurant/bar in a very busy area near a college. We are going to go with a retro theme. Our building is a 2 story with exposed brick in the inside and outside, big window in the front. Our menu will be classic american. Our menu will have gourmet burgers, grilled chicken sandwichs, wings, fish and chips. Classic pub food with some higher end entrees, cilantro lime shrimp, grilled ribeyes. Lots of cold domestic, import and micro brews.
