Help me with power volleying !?

Everyone else on my team power volleys very well. SOMEONE HELP ME ! Do i need to use my whole body to power volley?

  1. Legs are key. Make sure your knees are bent and elbows are in. Once the ball gets in close contact with your forehead, extend everything. Legs will really help with setting.


  2. Hi!!! well, first of all I know how do u feel right now....by increasing yourself because of the others players....

    So someone told me because i have the same problem....do a strengthening exercises of ur shoulders with 1 or 2 weight by doing simple exercises, abs, bends, if ur feet arent strong enough bicycle helps and always have a good psychology!!

  3. legs and body but don't like throw ur body. bend ur knees, bump nice and easy, don't swing ur arms, make sure ur hands are together the whole way through

  4. Of course, you need to use your whole body for every move in volleyball.  Be more specific with your question, next time.
