  1. Assuming the equation creates a triangle with the axes, we solve for the intercepts. (The origin O is (0,0)).

    3x - 2y = 6

    y-intercept (0,-3)

    x-intercept (2,0)

    so P is (0,-3) and Q is (2,0)

    The area is base*height/2 = 3*2/2 = 3

    The base and height are easily found as they are the values on the axes.

    Hope this helps.

  2. well, x intercept is 2 and y-int is -3 but i hav no clue about the rest!

  3. i have no clue!

  4. given equation is 3x - 2y = 6

    label origin...as O

    put x = 0 in equation  u get

    2y =6

    y=3

    y intercept is 3

    point is (0,3)

    put y = 0 in equation

    u get

    3x=6

    x=2

    x-intercept is 2

    point is (2,0)

    label that points...

    join (2,0) and(0,3)

    u got a triangle........

    hopes this will help u
