  1. You should try Judomofo's Chi enhancement techniques.  Several top users here have tried it and it's strongly recommended.

  2. www.sealfit.com

    or

    www.crossfit.com

You got to eat right and work hard.

Also search on "Evolutionary Fitness" and Art  De Vany.

  3. Kempo Jujutsu77 makes some good points.

In addition to this make sure you have someone qualified to guide  you along.  Look into a good healthy diet, one higer in protein (meat fish and chicken) and veggies and cut out most if not all wheat and dairy (inflammatory and more negatives than positives to these)   All food should be as organic as possible

    Vitamin C (Buffered and Bioavailable)

E (Mixed Tocopherols not just D-Alpha)

Omega-3 (Fish oils are better than Flax Seed)

    Primrose (Omega-6s)

    Vit D3

    Vit K2

    Multi B's

Magnesium (Malate is better for the muscles, most other common magnesiums go thru the intestines and straight to the bowels where they are laxative)

Calcium you will get more than enough from your green leafys

Depending on your needs and overall health you may need more.  Also Thyoid and adrenal support would be good as well (2 of the most underdiagnosed ailments are low thyroid and adrenal function)  These may be tougher to pursue though.

There are also other supplements and hormones that can be added in depending on your age, overall well being, gender and how fast you wish to accoplish your goals, but all of this should be a good start.  If you want more specific info on quantities and function let me know.  Most RDA's on suppplements are far below what's actually effective.

  4. i tend to not buy into all the chakra stuff...most of it simply boils down to visualization, mental reinforcement, and breathing anyway. nothing really mystical about it.

if you want to train to your maximum limits...you must get tired...you must be physically active for ever increasing levels of intensity (otherwise you are simply maintaining your current level)  so...EXERCISE regularly! even regular light exercise will help prolong life.

as for not getting sick...you want chikung (qigong)  it is basically "channeling your chi(energy)" but...its basically stretching, slow non impact body movement, and deep breathing.

alot of martial artists do it in some way. hapkido teaches special breathing exercises. as do some karate styles. and practically all kung fu styles practice chi kung on the side.

also look into tai chi chuan (taijiquan) it is a martial art, but many people do it simply for the health benefits. it is slow and relaxing, but moving slowly can be more difficult than moving fast!! it will loosen your body and joints...clear your mind. and possibly teach some self defense too!

go to www.martialartsmart.com or cfw enterprises...they have some good chi kung(qigong)  and or tai chi (taiji) videos
