i am italian...fiance is mexican. How can we include dishes for our wedding menu? i would like to either combine them somehow..i dont know.. ideas would help

i was thinking

1)vegetarian lasagna

2)shrimp enchiladas

3)chicken parmesan...

i want the menu to be elegant...it seems kinda tacky to me! HELP
