Help me with this pre cal problem?

Question

An objecy is travelling around a circle with a radius of 2 meters. If in 20 seconds the object travels 5 meters, what is the angular speed? What is the linear speed?

I do not know what the difference between linear and angular. I also am stuck on this problem.

The length of the circle is 2*pi*r=12.57m so in 20 seconds he makes

5/12.57 turns=0.3979 turns

Each turn = 2pi radians  so he makes 0.3979*2pi rad=2.5 rad

so the angular speed is 2.5/20 = 0.125 rad/s = w

The linear speed is r*w= 0.25m/s
