  1. it could be skin bacteria. if it doesn't go away in a few days, then see a doctor. because I had something similar to that, and the doctor told me it was skin bacteria and gave me a couple of tubes of some creme topical solution and it went away in a few day after applying it like twice a day. I wouldn't worry too much. unless you see something like red hairs inside. I saw something like that on the news and no one realy knew what that was. but do like I told you.

  2. You're probably getting red marks from forearm passing incorrectly...very common with either beginners or at the beginning of a season. Try to use your legs for power more and maintain the angle of your arms for direction. You're not trying to swing for a homerun...just bunt or push the ball.

Beginners can wear long sleeve shirts or take an old pair of knee socks and cut off the feet....and slip them up on your forearms.

  3. maybe the ball your using is cheap and is too hard, a lot of non brand balls are too hard and leave marks. also after a while the spots will go away, and don't wory is not a rash or bacteria

  4. You have arm herpes dude

  5. you should go to the doctor and they can give you accurate information on what it is and how to treat it

  6. Your not bumping the right way and your skin on your forearm has to get immuned to being able to hitting the ball there because you r skin is too sensitive

  7. Whoa man, it sounds like you have a mild rash. My cousin had something similar last year around this time. It could be a rash from some kind of fungus you have man, or it could be a simple heat rash. Good luck. Rashes suck *** man.

  8. i used to get that when i first started playing. my friends and i called it our "volleyball arms". its not that ur hitting the ball wrong but that ur skin is not always used to being hit at repeatedly in that same spot for a long time. its just raw and tender. soon enough tho u will be used to it and the redness and some bumps will go away.

  9. ITS FROM THE BALL HITTING YOU THAT ALL YOU BE OK:-)

  10. its vb rash i get dat too. wear long sleeved spandex shirts when u practice... also put powder on it b4 and aftr practice

if it doesnt go away in a week, c a doctor... s***w that guy who sed u got arm herpes... hes prolly g*y.

  11. Don't listen to the people who tell you is a bacteria, rash or fungus... you don't get that from hitting the ball unless is really dirty. It simply is that you are not hitting the ball the correct way. Keep thumbs down and hit the ball in the wrist area, that way, if the ball gets hit too hard in your direction and you do and underhand pass, you won't get those red spots that seem like little bruises. Trust me, I've been through that!
