i know that when a ball is droped out of a balloon,it should go higher a bit because of it's primary velocity,but when i watch such scene in the tv it doent seem to be like this..

that's easy,when u see that on the tv,you'll see the balloon basket behind that,so in comparison by that,the ball goes down.
