What are the various ways you will be able to ‘get help’ during a software applications course? Share the variety of tools at your disposal and share how one would use such tools to find the answers to their questions

1) The F1 key. Press it and a magical index of instruction topics appear.

2) Google search engines. Use them to look for guides for on the application you're using; it may be possible from there to find ways to perform specific tasks you need with that application.

3) Your instructor. Ask him/her for assistance.

4) Any books on the applications you are using that you may have lying around.
