Help me?I have headache,nausea,my heart is racing and i'm shaky.whats wrong?

I feel really crappy.I've had a headache for the past 3 days.

Nothing i take is helping.

headache makes no sense but nausea racing heart and shaky could be panic attack almost sounds like you should go to the emergency room

There could be a number of things wrong....  viral illness like the flu, gastritis, gastroenteritis, caffeine withdrawal, caffeine overdose, medication reaction....

start by thinking back to what has been going on for the last few days...  eliminate the possibilities.  ie if you don't drink soda or coffee in large amounts, then the caffeine issue is unlikely. Got it?

If the symptoms continue for another day or so, see your doctor asap for a labs and a detailed evaluation. okay??
