Okay... I was just wondering what would be some of the top 4 qualities immigrants should have to enter Canada or the States...in ur opinion?? Be serious please. Thanks everybody for your answers xoxoxoxoxo :)))

Learn as much as you can about these countries and make sure you teach your children. Be anxious to contribute what you can. Believe in your faith. Be proud to be an American or a Canadian. And welcome to you to North America!

i think it should be based on supply and demand.  if we are at a place where our population is low, we need workers, then the qualifications should be lower.  when  we are crowded, have few jobs available, i think the immigrant for the most part should be able to show that by coming here he is going to improve this country.

1. i do not think that an immigrant should have to speak the language, but he should be making a recordable attempt at it.

2.  the immigrant needs to possess a skill or quality that will be beneficial to this country.

3.  the immigrant should be able to show that he has not been a criminal.

4.  the immigrant should show a desire to not create his culture here, (although he should not be expected to abandon it either) but to become part of this culture.

Exactly what they were prior to 1965. come here legally learn the English language Assimilate into OUR culture work,do not sponge off the taxpayer.
