Help meh all ya'll tough @$ fighters?

I'm going to start muay thai kickboxing.I've trained in tae kwon do for 4 years and I know it wil be a difficult transition. I have a 100lb punching bag,ankle weights,wood boards i can kick. Ya'll help me come up with a heavy work out plan to help me get ready so i wont get my a$$ kicked lol.Thank you ya'll :->

  1. Use the ankle weights and practice basic kicks such as roundhouse, fornt kick, spinning back kick, side kick, hook kick, and any others you want to work on. this will help strengthen your legs. also do it with BOTH LEGS. you want both legs to be EQUALLY STRONG

    All major MMA fight gyms use this regiment.  It will build both endurance and pain tolerance needed to make the transition to full contact from traditional fighting.

  3. Work on your knees if you're doing Muay Thai.  They will take quite a bit more damage then from Tae Kwon Do.  Enjoy.
