Help-msn hacker is out of control?

Question

some company has been getting into my msn (windows live messenger account). even when i am signed in, it somehow signs me out telling me that "i am signed in on another computer," and my contacts have said i have sent them links/viruses. i have done a full scan and virus protection, but it is still happening. how do i sort this out without having to make a new account? thanks in advance x

You might want to get a free firewall to prevent such access to your computer (Comodo: www.personalfirewall.comodo.com/ ) You should also change your password. Hope this helps =).

Change your msn password. If this doesnt work, you have a keylogger, a system scan should get rid of it. AVG is the best anti virus out there. Get it at download.com.

Go to Malwarebytes Anti Malware and download.If that doesn't work

there is another download there called Rogue Remover.That will take it.The best anti virus(free) is Avira from File Hippo.

change your secret question and answer, also your password.and make sure that your firewall is on.
