Help my 2 yr old baby has bumps on his testicles?

my 2yr old baby has bumps on his testicles .i am using diaper rash cream is this something to worry about should i take him to the doctor

If they are little red bumps then it is probably a yeast infection.  They have persciptions for that...

big bumps...go to doctor, little red bumps are probably heat rash or diaper rash, either one will clear up soon. Try letting him run around naked for awhile.

This question shouldn't be asked, take him to doctor, when your baby's health is in question, there is no time to waste. REMEMBER that!
