Help my 360 wireless headset wont charge or turn on ?

Is there anyway i can fix it I just got it last month. what the meail to xbox customer support

All the numbers you need are there.  The main support number is 1-800-4MYXBOX.

That page has a bunch of FAQ's about wireless headsets and Xbox Live.  I only use the wired ones, so I'm afraid I cannot be much help in that department. Good luck!

Didn't it come with a disc for you to use? Mine did and once you play and follow the instructions it will be alright.

If not, click "Start", click "all programs" click "accessories", click "communications" scroll to "wireless setup wizard" click there and follow instructions.

I guarantee that if you follow this, you will succeed...
