i have a trampoline and can do alot of things im no expert dont get me worng but have just pushed myself to do things such as front flips and back flips. i then did not go on my trampoline for quite a while and now i have returned i cannot do a backflip very well at all. i land most of them but always seem to travel forward :S. how is that possible on a backflip. i sure i am waiting until the peak of my jump to rotate so i dnt know where im going wrong. has anybody any tips to get me landing on the spot i took off from again and reasons why i may be moving forward. thanks

  1. Your moving forward because your landing with your feet behind you. Land with them either under you or in front of you. If you were tumbling on ground you would want to land with them in front so that  you could continue on to a layout or something after that. Another thing is when your coming out of the tuck you need to be looking for the ground and then when you land look straight  up. Then either do a straight hollow jump after that, or just stick it  and stay there. If you choose this then when you land pretend your feet are being forced into the ground and force yourself to stay where you are.
