my camera is pretty old but i never use it. its in perfect condition. ive never dropped it on the floor or scratch it up. it looks completely new

  1. To me it sounds like a software bug or glitch.

    I would re-install or repair the software program if you have that option.

  2. Hmm. . .use a different transfer cable and make sure you set ur camera to import.

  3. go into start then control panel then add/remove then click on add or change on the kodak easyshare then you should get the option to remove or repair choose repair.

  4. 2 options:  (process thru windows explorer)

    -- connect digicam to pc thru usb, or

    -- remove flash memory card from digicam and insert to card reader connected to pc

    Go to my computer: click START (bottom left)>>then click My Computer.

    On the right portion you'll see>> Hard Disk Drives, etc.;

    then >>Devices with Removable Storage- the location where most probably you'll find your >>digicam or Memory Stick- w/some ID- brand?

    Double click, locate your video/picture files and copy/paste to >> my Documents/my videos (my pictures?) located above Hard Disk Drives.

    After uploading, click safely remove hardware ICON at bottom right.
