Help my cat is sneezing blood and has a runny nose!!!?

My cat is a stray we got her yesterday, she is very friendly. She was super skinny, so I have been feeding her. I am a young teen who loves this cat and doesn't know what to do. My parents aren't really a help. Can YOU help me?

Take it to a local shelter. Explain your situation and see what they can do to help if you have little money.

If you don't have a car or a way to get to the vet, at least call the closest one to your house and tell them what is going on and what you can do for her until you can get a ride there.

TO THE VET WITH IT NO OTHER CHOISE. COULD HAVE A SINUS INFECTION OR WORSE.   HURRY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

omg take her to the vet as soon as possible.  i cant tel u whats wrong with her cuz i dont rely no but definitely take her to the vet and try to call an emergency number for animals and ask them what you can do at home to stop the bleeding til you go to the vet.

Sounds like she's a sweetheart. In any case, a trip to the vet is worthwhile. Being a stray, she could have picked up many things. But the most common would be URI or putting it simply, a cold.

With URI, the runny nose and the sneezing blood is common. When you sneeze, you irritate the blood vessels in your nose, and if you sneeze a lot, sometimes those vessels can burst open. So when you sneeze, blood comes out too.

Congratulations to you for taking this sweetie in. Maybe you can talk your parents into taking her to the vet. Since she was a stray, she needs to be tested for FIV and Feluk and also probably needs to be de-wormed, spayed and given a flea treatment.

They usually sneeze blood if they have a foxtail up their nose. I would take it to the vet. Sneezing blood is not normal.
