Help my cockatiel is about to drop an egg?

How long does this process take she has been acting strange for days, also is it normal for blood to be there.

How do you know that your bird is going to Drop an egg?

Has she a mate? is she out of condition?

If this is her first laying then there could be blood,but if not then you need to see a Vet.

Unless she has a nest box your disturbance could be putting her off,so keep out of her sight when she looks down .

Give her a little Broccoli or Spinach if you can get some Dandelion Leaves or seeding heads before they burst give her these A.S.A.P.

it can take 10-20 mins and yes blood is normal.
