Help my computer is stupid.?

Question

O.K. I have dsl and the filters are on. I don't have a cordless phone. I loose the internet most of the time when the phone rings.I had a cordless phone and this didn't happen.

Well here are some suggestion I have that should work. Hope you fix the problem and NO its not your computer...

1) Make sure that all the wires are secured tightly

2) Try plugging the phone into a different jack for a day or 2

3) Switch back to cordless; Isn't is easier?

I would check your computer for too many unnecessary programs. Vista is a multitasking operating system. It is possible that  you downloaded help program one too many times, and the problem could be that . Try to safely remove excess help programs or downloads. My computer has XP. I also have att. It's(att help site)is geared to download whenever you have problems!  If you not sure what to do or how to do this task ask the experts at Best Buy (Geek squad). Good luck
