Help my dog barks at everything he hears.?

My dog does not see very well. He barks at everything he hears. Do you think this is normal? He has had lots of training. I do not believe it is a training issue.

Yeah, he is not seeing things well and he is a little nervous, telling anyone and everything that comes close that he is there and he has a big bark. Letting them know.. The only thing you can do is try to keep his environment clear and safe for him. So that he doesn't feel he needs to worry about things.
