ok, my dad has gotten fat throughout my childhood. He has gotten a beerbelly now. Ok, when I was younger, I was chubby myself, but with the onset of puberty, I decided to make a change and stopped drinking pop and made a big difference. anyways, how can I make him change without being like 'dad, your fat'? He eats just to be occupied sometimes. help before it gets worse!

  1. sure. Cook for him, and then eat it together. When you can't cook, prepare the meal ingredients, leave it for him, so he won't cook anything unhealthy.

go  wheat  free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7

p.m.  People  achieve  marvellous  results  with it. Depending on your

initial  weight,  you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If you don't eat  wheat  then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey cakes, you don't  eat  junk  food,  and  you don't eat biscuits. But your diet is

still  balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to calculate points or to buy special meals or plans.

  2. Your dad really has to realise himself that he has a weight problem. Does he have any health problems other than carrying too much weight. You could maybe suggest going out for long walks on weekends or doing something like that he may actually enjoy it and the health benefits that come along with it and continue to do more physical activity or you could tell him that you are worried about his health and would like to see him lose a bit of weight before his health starts to suffer. Good luck

  3. Well if he doesnt want to, help him by just getting low fat ice cream, diet soft drink, low fat noodles, 97% fat free beverages if you see what i mean, its all the same price, and when he has take away, tell him to limit himself to 3 pieces of kfc, and only allow him take way once every 3 months, this wont make him skinny, but it will change ALOT and try and get him to eat better foods through time
