Help my fish is suffering a lot

Question

Ok so I fed it some peas but it wouldn't really eat any so i broke it up so the tiny particles are floating in the water and little by little it is going into his mouth and he is eating it. Now it said that we shouldn't feed the fish for around a week does that only include the flakes so i need to feed it some peas? Or do I stop feeding it completely? How long do I have until it completely dies from swim bladder disease? Please help i'm extremely stressed right now and I don't have anywhere else to look to except for yahoo answers.

is it swim baldder or constapation if the fish is not produceing waste then keep feeding it the peas if it is produceing waste then stop feeding it anything the peas help with constapation but if it is produceing waste it isn't constapated

swimbladder disease is air trap in the body but will not bloated if you fish bloated with scale spreading out then thats dropsy very few got cured.    Swimbladder just add rocksalt then don't feed for three days.  swimming upside down got bouyancy problem.

it depends on witch type is the fish. do you have a another fish cuz your fish might be pregnent
