Help! .. my friends room (this is kinda funny too) so help please?!?

Question

ok my friends cousins painted her entire room with nail polish, glitter glue, and hand lotion.

now it smells really bad and looks so stupid!

how does she fix it (get the stuff off the walls, get rid of the smell, ...)

help please any answer works

SCRUB IT DOWN WITH A SPONGE AND SOME SOAP BEFORE YOU GET HIGH FROM THE NAIL POLISH!!

Power sander (you can rent them from a Home Depot) then after it is wiped off with TSP and let to dry get a primer .....then paint in the color of choice.....

Honestly for the amount of work it would require to get that all off the walls, I think I'd just resurface them.

use a power washer

sand paper and grind it all down and off, paint white and then a color.
