  1. u have 1 gb space data upload or download means u u can use 1000 mb data in month its very low only   u can surf  half hour site daily no download or upload please

  2. First of all, I am sorry to hear that you only have 1GB a month for your Internet service. Is it a free Internet service or something? If not, you can get basic dial up for as low as $14.99 unlimited a month, then you would not have to worry about the 1GB any longer. If you are absolutely stuck with what you have got, here are some things you can check:

    Step One:

    START - RUN - MSCONFIG - OK

Click on STARTUP TAB once in MSCONFIG

Look for anything that says software update: these can include ITunes, your computer (HP is a big one for updates), Quicktime, Real Arcade, Adobe Acrobat Reader, Real Player, and many other programs.

Remove the check marks by any software updates that you do not need turned on: LEAVE YOUR ANTI VIRUS/PROTECTION software turned on at all times, or your computer will become at risk. If you have an Internet Security software such as Kaspersky, they update hourly, and that could be taking up a lot of your transmission space.

Next click on the SERVICES TAB in MSCONFIG

Look for anything that says UPDATE, and once again, remove the check marks.

    Hit apply in MSCONFIG

    Hit ok in MSCONFIG

Next got to your CONTROL PANEL, START, SETTINGS, CONTROL Panel, and remove any software update programs that you know you will not use.

When you are connected to the Internet, hit CTRL ALT DELETE, and wait for the Windows Task Manager To Open, click on PROCESSES, SERVICES, and APPLICATIONS tabs, one by one, click on any programs or services (such as Updates) that are running that you do not need to run, and disable them one by one.

    This should eliminate your problem.

If you still have problems, do a complete system scan, as it is possible that you have Spyware on your computer that is transmitting information on it's own.

Also, if you are using a free Internet service, it is possible that they are transmitting user data back to the company, in order to sell advertising to their target area (if the latter is true, get yourself a new Internet company).

  3. you have to check your connection ,this problem happened to me nowdays

  4. Turn it off, Set your nic card to  termiate when you  turn off your pc.. If this is to complex? simply  unplug the  modem from the line to service ( AKA WALL)...
