In most cases, if it's severe like mine was, you have to erase everything. Like, pop ups coming up every 10 seconds, and your laptop shutting off randomly. You might want to hire a computer guy or get a friend who knows a lot about computers. If they can't do anything, then you might have to delete everything on your computer.

Plz, be more specific, like what virus? Try to do a virus scan. Download Avast

Avast.com

Or Avg...

They are both free. Then after that, do a virus scan, delete the virus, and you're done. You can also do a system Restore, and restore to a good point.

If you have been infected with a nasty malware, your security soft has failed to do it's job.
