Help my laptop ram is 256MB i want to upgrade it but i don't know how?

What does this mean in the my manual they said:

256 or 512MB of DDR333 Memory, upgradeable to 1GB Using two soDIMM modules??

so i'm looking for low price ram like 512MB

If you can buy the memory chips, then you can also intall them your self.

There is a small plate that you unscrew on the bottom and the memory goes in there

Just plug them in

You are looking for 2 512mb soDIMM.  So two modules at 512 but they have to be the soDIMM.  Look at what you currently have, that is what you need but in more memory.  And they have to also be DDR333.
