Help! my neighbors cat adopted me but i can't keep him!!

Question

i have two dogs that hate cats and this cat hates dogs.

but the neighbors ignore him and lock him outside. it was really cold tonight and he came to my door helplessly meowing so i snuck him in (the dogs are asleep) and gave him tuna and i don't want to lock him out but he can't stay here overnight because of the dogs

remember he is not your cat, but it was good of you to help it. if you think the animal is in serious danger because of mistreatment, phone thr RSPCA or similar and maybe they can come and talk to the owners.

Maybe it is time to put the dogs out if they did not come when you opened the door, isn't it their job to protect..How do they know it was not an intruder that came into their house, oh wait one did. the cat..feed him and put him out he will go sleep where he usually does since his owners ignore him, at least he had fish cuisine in his belly.Make sure he pays you with purrsss first.

You should send it to like an animal care center. You also phrased your question wrongly. The cat does not adopt YOU.

Is there a room you can separate the cat into  (and give it some place to go to the bathroom)?  That way it can stay the night and you can handle it in the morning.  If the cat is being put outside on cold nights you may want to contact your local shelter - or return the cat to your neighbors and put them on notice that that will be your course of action the next time the poor thing is miserable because they put him outside.
