Help my paper shredder is not working.

Question

gentlemen,I have owned a DYNEX Paper Shredder Model # DX-OP1`02971 for about a year it was a gift from our kids.Lately it does not work in the on/auto position. It however works in the reverse position.Can I get this repaired or replaced by your personel without cost? I'm a seior Citizen (75 years young) on SociaLSecurity AND CAN'T AFFORD TO REPLACE IT.Can you help? Mr E.C.Bastian ([e-mail])
