  1. You'll need to contact T-Mobile to get your PUK code. The PUK code is what your phone asks for when an incorrect SIM PIN number is entered 3 times.

Whatever you do, do not enter anything for your PUK Code. After 10 incorrect PUK Code entries, your SIM card will become permanently locked and will have to be replaced.

  2. A PUK is a code, and it is unique to you. You will need to call customer care and they should be able to give it to you, but if you have already been trying bunches of numbers, it will lock you out permanately after point. So try the code customer care gives you, and if it doesn't work, then you will have to go to a Tmobile store and have them give you a new simcard. I doubt there will be any charge at all, if there is any it will be minimal. We don't charge to replace simcards.

  3. Same happened to my friend. All you need to do is take it to your nearest phone shop and ask them to unlock it. They will do it for a small fee if not free.

  4. you can fine the puk code with the paper you have from T-mobile

or you have to call them for the code.
