Help my sick dog won't eat at all!!!!!!!!!?

my dog has been sick since monday she was vomiting and had blood in her stool my vet checked her for parvo and it was negative but he put her on treatment anyway just in case he also put her on Metronidazole.i see her getting better but she has lost a lot of weight and i hate seeing her like that,my questions are what can i do for her to eat again? or how long will it be until she will want to eat again? and what can i give her to eat? Thank you so much all ideas will help!

purify some chicken and see if she will drink it, if not then i suggest a splash of milk in her water if she's drinking. make sure you don't put too much milk in or you will upset her stomach!

aaawww, does your dog have a favorite treat? well if he does, then right in front of him, hold it up, pretend to eat it, and if he sees you eating it, he might eat, well, good luck!

Why aren't you directing these questions at your vet? I just don't get it.

How are we to know when the dog will start eating again? No one can predict that, least of all people who haven't even seen her! You need to ask your vet - and if you're worried she's not getting better you definitely need to pick up the phone to the vet and inform them of this. Obviously you can give her anything yummy that you think she might like to encourage her to eat but if she doesn't seem to be improving you need to tell the VET. They may give you something to syringe feed her with.

when my dog got sick the vet suggested using a tiny amount of chicken broth on her dog food to soften it and add flavor. just make sure she is drinking water, and doesn't dehydrate.they can go weeks without food and live but only days without water before they die.

Call your vet and ask what to feed her.  

Generally, unseasoned boiled chicken and unseasoned white rice is the top choice for dogs that have been sick.  

And be sure that she's drinking water.  

If she continues to refuse to eat, then she MUST be brought to the vet.  If she's refusing water totally, then she need to be brought in immediately.
