That Lunch ladies must wash their hands and wear gloves when handling food. As well, the teachers should always take their students to the restroom before and after lunch along with recess! If ur sister is in Middle School then I would say that science teachers encourage students to wash their hands after labs!

As well, if a child is coughing, not scough talking, consistently then a teacher must send the kid to the Nurse ASAP so they can go home and rest for they can be a hazard to ther students!

I don't get why you'd take the time to write all the questions down on yahoo answers when you could be helping your sister with the questions! They're very logical, simple questions!

You'd better watch your language, even if people on Yahoo r irritating  you keep your cool and dignity in the Community!
