Help need advice here?

i was not arrested or given a citation. will that help my case drop. when the prcecutor reviews the report/case????and also considering that i don't have any criminal history. i am a good parent who made a big mistake. and if he did drop/dismiss the case, how will i know?? if u would like to know all the detail, please readt my questions from my profile....need advice,.....

First thing is I have no idea what you did. So I would assume you have already talked to the police. First mistake, never talk to the police. If they come back to talk with you do not talk to them. if they are going to charge you then taking to them will not help you no matter what they may say. Get an attorney if you can afford one. If not then if you are arrested they will have to provide one to you. If you do not talk to the police then they will have nothing you said to use against you.

Even though you were not arrested or given a citation, a grand jury could still indict you.  however in your case I think you may just want to be in constant contact with the state attorney office and check your case's status.  If anyone can give you any specific answers, its them...not random people on yahoo...
