I feel like c**p. It's humid and 89°F everywhere. I got plenty of sleep last night but feel so tired I can't talk straight. What will help me? Some specific vitamins, a soda, medicinal marijuana? Please help, everyone who reads this!

  1. There are a couple of factors that can be both energy boosters and energy busters. Busters include stress, the weather (seasonal affective disorder) and plain boredom. Other factors that get overlooked can include low thyroid which is accompanied by symptoms as weight gain, feeling cold, constipation, dry skin and hair. Or even heart trouble, tired blood and/or liver virus.

Some of the boosters include exercise, acupuncture, naps and supplements such as Rhodiola 110. It's an arctic root that jump starts your body without the downside or burnout feeling that caffeine leaves you with.

On the first link below you can actually read about and receive a free sample of Rhodiola 110. I use it due to my heavy work schedule and I love it. I also did my research on the other health benefits of the root and it aids in weight loss, mental focus, stress reducer, overall physical wellness.....and

    helps in the bedroom (wink)!

The second link is the sight where a 30 day supply of this root can be purchased for a VERY reasonable price.

Hope you find a satisfiable cure to your energy crisis.

  2. holy **** i feel the same way

and i just woke up hahaha

okay well weed won't help because it makes you tired not energetic

and well try an energy drink? coffee?

my faorvite evergy drive is rockstar guava

    try it:]

  3. Exersize, i know it sounds stupid because you are so tired to start with but it will definately help, just go for a small walk or jog just to get your blood pumping. Sitting down and "resting" will just make you more tired until you actually fall asleep. And drink alot of fluids, but not energy drinks they will make you crash and burn as soon as you are done.

  4. How old are you? Drinking enough water? If you're not regularly hydrated you'll have a lower blood pressure and feel tired. Eating healthy? Little processed foods? Sorry, but soda is not good for you. Neither is SUGAR or carbs that turn into sugar! Get some sublinguel B complex drops and magnesium supplements along with more water and healthy foods. There are alot of "quick fixes'..but thats what they are and they'll wreck your body eventually.

  5. First off, Marijuana doesn't give you energy... it's a relaxant.

You could take any caffeinated soda or candy bar for a quick pick-me-up, but you should expect to crash shortly after unless you get moving with that energy (which can produce more energy and help you wake up). I know it's hard to even walk, much less exercise when it's really hot out, but moving around is the easiest way to wake you up for more than 20 minutes.

As far as supplements, you could try B-12, Royal Jelly (and other bee-based products), L-Carnitine, Ribose, Ginseng, Guarana and/or Green Tea (both are natural sources of caffeine).

    Good luck!

  6. stimulants, are one of the best but NOT meth,

try rittalin, concerta, etc. first in low doses and see how you feel. I have ADHD and have been on them forever. they work but you my lose your appetite.

  7. have your thyroid check ed out..... plus you might want to put more vegetable protine in your diet...if you eat sweets try to eat a protine  with it like cheese

  8. Go to K-mart and buy some jet-alert or other caffeine pills, there cheap, not that additive and are pretty great, take 1 on empty stomach at least 5 hours of energy.

Vitamins don't work except long term use.

Caffeine pills make soda look like a wuss.

    Energy drinks taste like c**p.

Medical marijuana will make you stoned, cost moderately expensive, won't give energy but you won't feel tired, won't feel anything.
