Help need lawnmower advice?

brand new lawnmower used 4 times, now starts for a split second and white smoke coming from the muffler, also noticed that little spritz of oil out of the muffler, what is this and how do i fix it? help

Check oil level make sure it right mark,seem to me you over fill.

Could be water in the fuel.  Since its so new it should be under warranty.  Bring it to the shop where you bought it and they should fix it for free.

Sounds like you got some bad gas in it.Drain it out and change the sparkplug if needed.

You've tipped the mower (over-filled with oil) and the oil has gone into the carb.  Check the oil level- you probably used the oil bottle that came with your new mower and simply dumped the entire contecnt inside the mower!  It doesn't need about 2/3's of it!  

Again, check the oil with a cleaned dipstick.

Take it back to the shop where you bought it, if you interfere with it it will negate any warranty.

If the shop-keeper tells you to send it to the manufacturer remind him you bought it from him, not the manufacturer.
