Help need to block calls from calling

i need help this is driving me nuts someone keeps calling my number blocked calls but the weird thing is i changed my number a long time ago cause i was having that problem but i dont want to change it again is there anyway possible i can just dial something on my phone to block all anonymous calls and numbers that don't come up
