Help needed, 10 points for good answer?

can someone tell me how to write a 250 word essay on this, like how many paragraphs? "Describe a close friend. What do you most respect or admire about this person, and why? What do you think your friendship with this person says about you?"

Well, the best thing to do is to just write.

Maybe two pages longhand, but just write.

Then, count your words. More times than not, you will be far over the total, so you just pare things away.

As to pargraphs, they can be as long or as short as you need, but if we give it six lines to a paragraph, we are talking may five paragraphs or so

I copy and paste articles from the internet into Word.  Then do a word count.  It will tell you approximately how many paragraphs you need.
