I have an account on our home computer with limited profile, my parents have full control with their accounts. If view embarrassing web pages under my own account, then clear my history, is there any way that they can see the internet history using their accounts? BTW nothing like p**n-- but embaressing!!

  1. If they have full control then they could access your account.. and even if you deleted the history the cookies would still be saved in the browser as temp files... so they may be able to see which websites you have visited if they know how to find these files.

  2. Y'know, they could see you having asked this question and already know ... O_O

  3. also worth mentioning, google saves searches made on it, and lots of sites leave cookies on the comp. Parents can also set up routers to keep history of sites visited as well (but thats kinda difficult to do for most parents)

  4. i doubt it....unless they are computer geeks themselves...by the way watch ur mouth because these ppl are taking the time to help u out with your embarrassing problem and you go and call them geeks....
