Help needed on decoration !?

Question

ok, so I'm decorating my living room,

chocolate and cream, with a hint of teal on accessories eg, pillows and curtains,

I'm quite decorative when it comes to design,

my one problem is blinds,

which ones do i get,

my main wall is my fireplace wall, my window is right above my fire place, that's the wall with my chocolate wallpaper on, (patterned paper)

i need hep on which blinds to get, as they will be going around the whole of my house,

i wanted wooden slat blinds, but my main wall will look to dark, want it looking fresh,

any help please,

pictures if you can , and you may get points of me ,

Those colors sound beautiful together (:

for the blinds don't go with a chocolate brown since your wall is that color. maybe you can try going with a lighter brown?

You already know what the wooden slat blinds look like - use the cream washed one - the wide one - there is a wooden one as well as a synthetic one which is as close as demmit - and much cheaper - a cream washed wooden blind against the chocolate will do thhte trick and will make your home looks light and brigt

we have grass woven blinds and they look sunny with a hint of the tropics, but fit into just about any space, AND they're inexpensive. your colors sound beautiful!
