Help needed on ricoh ft 4015 copier

Question

first i have two problems first while copying over 20 pages it starts to jam and i have to open the side hatch and pull out the paper second just recently this started while copying half of the page isnt clear its dark and unreadable and if i lighten the tone the bottom part of the page doesnt show so please help me solve our problem. Our school cant afford to purchase a new one and where we are located there is no services available
