  1. Liquid comes out with speed root(2gh1) = v say

    Liquid at c moves twice as fast (equation of continuity) or 2 root(2gh1)

    Pressure at C is reduced by 1/2 rho [( 2v)^2 - v^2] or 1/2 rho (3v^2)

    Liquid rise proportional to pressure drop.

    rho g h2 = 1/2 rho (3v^2) = 3/2 rho (2gh1)

    h2 = 3h1

    maybe  ??!!

    so
