Help needed urgently!

is it weird to have morning sickness and my stomach hass been gettinb bigger over the last few months and the other day whilst i was on the toilet i found a baby aboriginal in the toilet! is this normal for a 28 year old man, i was scared so i flushed because i didnt no wat to do!!!
