Help needed with room decor.?

Question

I am helping my little sister paint her room in a 'rock star' theme. She wants me to help her paint a "wind" pattern on the wall. Any ideas or suggestions as to what that would look like would be very appreciated. Pictures would be helpful too :) Thanks!

ignore the faces, and look at the way the blowing wind looks, lighter and darker colors of blue mixed and blowing together, in between the to different colors is a nutral color of both..
