Help negotiating the price of a used car?

Yea, I found a 2003 BMW Z4 2.5i with 77,110 miles on it, and its going for 14,990. How much can I knock off? or should I wait 2 years? if i wait, how much will the car be in 2010? and don't cars normally get cheaper when a new style of the car comes out?

oh yea, this is totally irrelevent but how old do you have to be to take money out of a certificate of deposit? a CD in other words.

There are a bunch of places to check car prices on the Internet. NADA guides is one - but since they are owned by the car dealers association I never recommend them. KBB is another. Driverside.com is a new site and they have some cool data showing price based on mileage which might help you figure out the future price for 2010.
